The Storm 14 is a LAN event organised by vzw Freaks At Work, hosting a healthy mix of competition and fun. We unite communities and provide a platform for fair tournaments. More information about the hosted tournaments can be found here, at the bottom of the page. This list is not complete and can be modified in the future, depending on sign-ups, requests and sponsorships.

Dit brengt onze totale cash prizepool op 1700€.

Quake Live to receive cash prizes!

Recently, the Prague Quake Live TDM LAN was cancelled and a lot of international players are left with few competitive options. We at Storm always strive to stimulate the gaming community, and for that reason we will be upgrading our Quake Live tournament.

All Quake Live matches will be played on the 8 laptops we will be providing at the event. This makes it possible for travelers to take part in the competition without having to bring their own PC. This does reduce our options to only hosting a 4vs4 TDM and no duel. Players are allowed to bring their own peripherals and the laptops will be freshly installed, cleared of any junk.

For the prizepool, players are free to donate to a community prizepool that will be managed by Memento_Mori, one of the QL scene’s most respected individuals. Storm will be adding a total of €200 on top of this.

Ik weet niet of er veel mensen kijken op dit forum, maar heb me express geregistreerd omdat ik 2 stand ins nodig heb voor mijn team voor deze event. Als er mensen zijn die die regelmatig CSGO spelen en het zien zitten om (eventueel permanent) een team te joine gelieve een berichtje na te laten. mvg Alex
