    Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse

    officiële site

    release: 23 november 2012
    genre: action-adventure
    dev: Heavy Iron Studios

    >>> GameTrailers

    Family Guy!

    Building the story that would become Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse was a tremendous challenge. The show has done so much already – where do you even start trying to translate that into a game?

    Then the writers started talking about the Season 8 premiere episode, “Road to the Multiverse,” in which Brian and Stewie get lost travelling to parallel universes. It was perfect. Of course, in one episode they could only do so much; but the possibilities were endless, and we could explore them even further. Our imaginations just started running wild.

    Behind the scenes with Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse – PlayStation.Blog.Europe

    Family Guy has always been such a communal experience. After all, it was fans buying the original DVD sets and sharing them with friends and family in their living rooms and dorms that helped put the show back on the air. For that reason, offering a local co-operative play option in Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse, where you can drop in or out at any time, was a big deal for us. Local co-op has sort of fallen to the wayside nowadays, but both comedy and games are more fun when other people are around – we wanted this to be an experience you can share.

    Ik ga deze waarschijnlijk ooit wel eens uit de budgetbakken halen, het lijkt het me niet echt waard om hem nu te kopen met alle topgames die de laatste tijd uitkomen.

    Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse Review - IGN

    I think that’s the best way to come into Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse: don’t expect much. Brian and Stewie are funny and there are plenty of gags, but the gameplay is nothing crazy and the levels aren’t super-intriguing. This is an episode of the show merged with an average third-person shooter. There’s a lot to enjoy, but none of it will knock your socks off.

    Het is zijn geld niet waard, was lang aan het twijfelen omdat ik toch een fan ben van family guy maar anderzijds waren er ook veel negatieve reacties over dit spel. Dit weekend stond het met korting op steam dus heb ik besloten om het te kopen. De campaign speel je echt in een paar uur uit 8 uur max, en voor de rest valt er niet veel te doen in het spel.
    Als je hem nog wilt kopen zou ik beter wachten tot een serieuze prijsdrop het is misschien max 15 euro waard.
