[HL2] Half-Life 2 binnenkort op arcades in Japan
Half-Life 2 is de laatste game die je zou verwachten in een games arcade naast al die racing games, etc. Wel, Taito heeft beslist om het toch te doen en het ziet ernaar uit dat de Japanners binnenkort het zullen kunnen spelen op arcade.
IGN waren degenen die de samenwerking tussen Valve en Taito ontdekte en ze hebben ook onthuld dat dit Japans bedrijf de game zal maken, genaamd "Half-Life 2 - Survivor", op zijn "Type X" hardware.Lees er meer over in IGN's artikel.At last year's announcement of the game, Taito promised a version of Half-Life 2 featuring, in addition to a single player story mode, an Online mode allowing for play between players located in arcades throughout Japan."At the beginning of the Portal development process, we sat down as a group to decide what philosopher or school of philosophy our game would be based on. That was followed by about fifteen minutes of silence and then someone mentioned that a lot of people like cake."

Mmm, heb toch mn twijfels over het succes van deze game in de arcadehallen...
De sfeer gaat toch serieus verloren met al dat lawaai rondom u...en het geluid vind ik één van de sterkste punten in HL²
Net als in War of the Worlds trouwens... Hoe die twee op elkaar lijken...ni te doen
