[HL2] Insurgency Media Update
Insurgency

Over the past few days, US Marines have encountered stiff resistance in various areas of Iraq. There were casualties suffered on both sides, and despite the intense firefights, some photos have emerged from the areas of operation.
We finally release some screenshots...
From Left to Right (top and bottom) - INS_Abel, INS_Jolan, INS_Baghdad, INS_Askari (top), and INS_Vlak (set in Croatia, bottom):

These screenshots still contain a lot of work in progress content. Any content that is used from Half-Life 2 is there temporarily until ours can be created and implemented. The Marine model does not yet have the customization system enabled, so the appearance will vary more once that is complete. We are aware of any visual bugs or issues, such as lighting of models or player shadows, and we are continuing to sort out as many bugs as possible (some have already been resolved since these shots were taken!). Everything you see will be improved upon.
We still require a few more staff members to be dedicated to polishing up our artwork and levels. We require Environment Modelers and Skinners to create such objects as foliage, windows, rubble, and other miscellaneous map assets that our Level Designers request. We also require Texture Artists who have experience in creating high quality assets in Photoshop for either Characters, Vehicles, Environment Models, Foliage, or Level Textures. Finally, we require a Player Animator who has experience with 3D Studio Max along with creating and compiling animations in the Source Engine. If you are interested in such a position, drop by our GameSurge IRC Channel #insurgency and private message either Argyll or Jeremy. Be prepared to show examples of your work.
Keep an eye on the Dev. Showcase Forum (for registered members only) within the next couple of days... there could be more in-game media popping up there in the meantime until the next update!no votes

It's always easier to get forgiveness than permission.no votes

Zeer mooie media update, ik heb hem al een paar dagen geleden gezien.
Ik heb gehoord dat INS eerst een demo ging uitbrengen voordat de hele versie werd released."At the beginning of the Portal development process, we sat down as a group to decide what philosopher or school of philosophy our game would be based on. That was followed by about fifteen minutes of silence and then someone mentioned that a lot of people like cake."
