Eén van de religieuze teksten uit het rijk van Vandragen, die in meer nauwkeurigheid en waarheid het onstaan van hun Rijk probeert te verklaren.

The Beginning.
Night and darkness swept across the Isles as it always did. This realm was doomed, ever since the moment the Essences created this monstrosity to hide themselves from the Gods.1
First Lecht, the blue Essence of Time and Space created the sky, waters, land and space.2
This barren wasteland now existed, but could not be observed. It was there, but neither darkness nor light surrounded it’s presense.3
Only Lecht and the other Essences knew about it’s existence, as it was their agreed forgotten corner of the multiverse to meet, their last resort to escape the vengeance of the Gods.4
Zonne, yellow Essence of Energy, arrived as second at these outskirts of nowhere. It’s mere presence bringing a bright spectacle of yellow and orange lights across the heavens.5
The oceans started to boil and the ground, at the trembling sound of earthquakes, started forming monstrous volcanoes that spewed dry torrents of melting stones and rock. Every single atom of the planet was being filled with energy.6
The endless power of Zonne would rip apart the very fabric of Time and Space. Lecht screamed in deepest agony: “Vile beasts we are! We’ll jeopardize our entire plan and we haven’t even started yet!”7
Zonne, Essence of Energy, understood the request and did a final effort to place his endless energy contained in a ball of Space, spread over a string across the infinity of Time Lecht had created. The Sun. Symbol of Zonne’s might.8
Night and day now came to be, as the presence of the Sun forced the Realm to dance around it in eternal circles. Lecht and Zonne radiated in agreement.9
Thirdly Erde, green Essence of Seed, arrived at the now mechanical realm, turning and twisting. Vegetation shooting out from between the rocks on the land and under water, aiming the excess of their growth at her. Grass and trees like lusting fingers pointing at her being, wanting to touch and caress.10
Next Ziwert, black Essence of Death, joined the gathering. Flowers and moss shriveling and blackening, as time went on, slowly getting pulled into the Afterlife. A second realm formed by Ziwerts presence, in the same time and space as the first realm. Where every form of life would slowly wade into, leaving only a lifeless husk of matter behind.11
As fifth, the white Essence of Intellect, Cress attended their voluntary encagement. Crawling worms, maggots and insects growing out of the moss and grasses. Monstrosities of darkness wrangling themselves out of the dead bark of rotten trees. Like innocent young creatures, staring around in amazement at the Realm they just found themselves in.12
The sixth member of the Essences was Wode, Essence of Desire. Filling both the Essences themselves as the Realm they had created with wants and want-nots, as their being filled up with a liquid forceful stream, red blood, the same color as the Essence of Desire.13
The very same moment the lifeforms were filled with blood, they started spilling eachother’s. Their desires conflicting and clashing with one another as they each formed their own wishes and urgings for their near and far future lives. Even the plants battled for ownership of the fertile grounds they grew on.14
“This is not exactly what we wanted, but it’ll do,” the Essences agreed.15
Without the Essences knowing it, their final and most important guest. Gheul, purple Essence of Deceit, joined their rankings. Locking each lifeform and present Essence’s desires and emotions in their own mind. Calming the conflict on the planet slightly and granting every being their own individuality.16
Locking away the existence of the Essences and the realm they just had created away from the rest of the multiverse and the raging Gods that they were fleeing from. As well as cloaking their presence from the creatures on the planet below.17
The Essences radiated in agreement. Their plan was now fulfilled and finally after tiring efforts they could rest. They closed their optical observance showing eachother they were ready to rest. Their embodiment crashing down into the young planet below.18
Upon impact their bodies exploding in dozens of crystallized pieces, housing only a minor part of their essential powers, while the core of their being drilled deep into the skin of the earth.19
Their souls, on fatal impact with the soil, escaping to the Afterlife from where they’d sleep and observe. Always keeping an eye out for any possible sign of the Gods. The sign of their impending end.20
Under the radiation of Cress’ crystals, from frogs and fish grew the apes.21
Under the radiation of Lecht’s crystals, from the average apes there grew mankind.22
Under the radiation of Erde’s crystals, from the slender apes there grew elfkind.23
Under the radiation of Gheul’s crystal from the sturdy apes grew dwarvenkind.24
Under the radiation of Zonne’s crystals, from the birds, wolves, elephants grew all sorts of astral kinds.25
Under the radiation of Wode’s crystals, from the snakes, apes, bulls grew all sorts of demon kinds.26
Under the radiation of Ziwert’s crystals from the mosses, plants and fishes grew all sorts of corrupted vile breeds.27
As such the Realm, named Vandragen by the Essences, was doomed right from the start. Sad beings they were that came there to be. Their true value was none but that of a suitable shelter for their creators.28
Caged there in body and soul without a whim of thought or compassion, like the Essences had voluntarily caged themselves.29
